Dietary requirements

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?

Prestonfield accommodates all dietary requirements and this will be discussed with your event manager while planning your event. If you have any food allergies, please advise our staff before ordering so we can advise you if your choice of dish includes any key ingredients such as celery, cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seed, soya and sulphur dioxide.

Is there a minimum guest count required for booking a private dining room at Prestonfield Edinburgh?

For intimate weddings we require a minimum of 12 guests. For private lunches and dinners we can accommodate from 2 up to 50 guests with no minimum requirements.

What types of special events can be hosted at Prestonfield Edinburgh's private dining rooms?

Our private dining rooms are available for any occasion from family celebrations to corporate events including meetings, presentations, discrete networking lunches or dinner, all set in the regal grandeur of our Italian Room, Stuart Room or Garden Room.

More intimate romantic occasions such as a birthday, engagement and anniversary dinners can be enjoyed by couples in the Salon Privee. For larger events of gala dinners, award ceremonies and charity balls, The Stables can seat up to 500 guests.
