What types of special events can be hosted at Prestonfield Edinburgh's private dining rooms
Our private dining rooms are available for any occasion from family celebrations to corporate events including meetings, presentations, discrete networking lunches or dinner, all set in the regal grandeur of our Italian Room, Stuart Room or Garden Room.
More intimate romantic occasions such as a birthday, engagement and anniversary dinners can be enjoyed by couples in the Salon Privee. For larger events of gala dinners, award ceremonies and charity balls, The Stables can seat up to 500 guests.
What services and amenities are available in Prestonfield's private dining rooms?
At Prestonfield, we have a number of services and amenities available for our private dining rooms. We are dedicated to providing a private and intimate experience with dedicated staff on hand to look after you and your guests, and specialised printing of menus and placecards.
Our event managers are on hand to help you create a truly memorable occasion. For corporate meetings, we provide Prestonfield branded folders, with headed paper and pencils. There are Bose sound systems in each room, and we can also provide an LED TV for presentations (at an additional charge).
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
Prestonfield accommodates all dietary requirements and this will be discussed with your event manager while planning your event. If you have any food allergies, please advise our staff before ordering so we can advise you if your choice of dish includes any key ingredients such as celery, cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seed, soya and sulphur dioxide.
